GAGA GONE WILD

WOULDN’T IT BE FUN…. if people were so creative when they go out? I am so bored to see everyone wearing either black, gray or beige at events or at meetings.

Yesterday I went shopping all day in Tokyo, shops after shops buying clothes, shoes and accessories for the shooting of my DVD series. I am going to shop again all day today. I have 2 pople following me and helping me carrying the bags or paying when I am done. You could not believe how fast I am when i shop, it is like if I had a radar founding the cool pieces. It has been years looking at fashion magazines!

My budget is HUGE, also I am having so much fun and I found some incredible outfits, accessories for the next seasons, exciting! I am actually wearing a black hair wig and sunglasses while shopping (!!!) so that people would not recognize me and I can go faster looking for the best from shop to shop.

Why can’t girls or women in general have to shop “SAFE”? I do not understand… everyone should wear something that match their personality. If you wear gray or beige, it means that you are spice less… is this really the message that you want to pass on, to people who meet you, about yourself?

Again, yesterday I was in a shop and I saw these 2 girls in their twenties. They were both wearing all black from head- to-toe, and guess what? They were looking to buy some more black!! I could not resist to show them a pair of shocking pink sandals to break their monotone-funeral-look. They did recognized me and actually bought the shoes. And me too!

Actually would you like me to take pictures of all he goodies that i bought and post it for you? I could include price and the name & location of the shop where I bought it? Would it make your life easier on the weekend to go shopping? Maybe I could even ask Maiko, our new winner, to be my standing model for the photos and you could see how the clothes look on her. Tell me if this is a good idea please and I will surely arrange? Anything for you my dear!!! I am at your service….

Definitely!!! That sounds like a great idea :D I would love to see more of your beauty secrets and new sides of Maiko. Please do that for us, hot fashion mamma/police, Ines!!

Love.

yukie Says:

yey! i love the idea! please do it :)
i want to go shopping with u! jaja
kisses

Gem Says:

Ines that would be wonderful!
I would also love it if you could demonstrate with the same items different styles that would be more appropriate for women of different ages. For instance, I always find that a woman over 30 who tries too hard to dress like women in their 20s ends up just looking older and desperate. I am in my early 30s, which I know is still young, but I do not want to look like a girl. Could you please show us some professional looks that still have spunk, class, and sensuality? Thank you!

coco Says:

It’s a good idea to show your bloggers. It helps girls learn to be more stylish. Give people good ideas on how to put things together. :)

Micari Says:

That sounds brilliant!
It will help lots of Japanese women be stylish.
Also, having Maiko-san dressed them would be great!
We will be able to learn not only how to choose items but also how to show them beautifully.
It’d be wonderful if you added some comments that tell us why you chose them or how you will use them in other styles.
Thank you!

Kodinza Says:

Ines, I need your help :(
If you could write about HOW TO BE NOT SILENT AMONG FOREGINERS. I read in the beauty camp book. That you kept telling Emiri – “Why do you make a mental wall in your heart?” And I thought about myself. I always make a barrior in my heart when I am among my friends from foregin countries such as America and Spain. When I dont understand what people are excitedly talking about for a while, I just become silent and get angry that they are not trying to talk to me.
I understand that they want to speak in their own language, with people who 100% understand them.

But i feel very Wrong me being silent for long while. I want to speak up and offer some topic but I cant. I feel like I am going to be left alone again after 5 minutes, and I just grow my anger toward my friends talking in quick english or spanish.. which I cant follow.

You are in Japan for 13 years among japanese, and I know that your japanese is not perfect, and Japanese dont speak english well. So if you have any tips or advice for Japanese people who are trying to do successful outside of the country,(me) please let us know!!

I always try to think, If I was Riyo, what would i do??
But I say, well i dont understand and they are just not the right friends.. but I want to be open and energetic with many friends and always positive.

Thank you so much for reading!! :D
always love you INES!!

Yuu Says:

Yea it would be so nice!I can get the hints from the photo!!

I really don’t know WHAT suits me…
PLUS i am not tall and tend to look childish,so i am likely to choose darker clothes.
But I want to change myself wearing darker colors since it is spring!
SO hope I can have a role model through your blog!!!

Bisous
