It is easy when you do it a few times. I do this routine every other day. After 3 months you will be amazed with the change in your body, in and out. Remember to buy a revealing exercise outfit for it and also exercise in front of the mirror at least one time a week. Try it!

this video is very informative!
i’m actually checking exercise video on youtube, since i have been trying to get back in my old shape (gained about 30lbs…shame) and build abdominal muscles without paying expensive gym trainer. i have been doing crunch workouts for 2 months and not getting results as i expected. So, i will add this workouts once in every two days! thank you for great information!

make sure you do the crunch workout with your arms not close to your face but spread behind. breathing correctly is very important…. she has a video with abs exercises which is quite good. Check it out at http://www.bodyrocks.com
