I buy my soy products in a old-fashion little store in my “village in O-Okayama”. we buy it daily as it can dangerous to keep it more than a couple of days even in the fridge.

Search for a store next to you…. I posted this today because I realized I have a commercial bottle of soy milk on the counter… big mistake of mine! Never again I promise ))))

Yesterday morning at home with Maiko, I prepared breakfast for the 2 of us, green tea and yogurt with seeds and fruits, organic cereals with soy milk. My boys had gone to play soccer with their sport-guru-Daddy. We worked together all morning. Then she prepared lunch for us: salad with extra virgin olive oil – chicken curry with coconut milk and brown rice – half apple for desert. She is a great cook and I am definitely not…we are a good match!

Maiko takes pictures of everything she eats and email it to Erica! Can you believe! So dedicated! Maiko has gained good muscle mass and she looks really healthy now.

(Maiko is wearing a one piece military-jumpsuit that i gave her as a gift a couple of months ago).

Unfortunately I couldn’t go….. It wasn’t just any housewarming in California on Saturday night….

Jennifer and Marc were providing the heat, as the couple not only welcomed A-listers to their sprawling new San Fernando Valley residence but planned to celebrate by renewing their marital vows on what is their sixth wedding anniversary.

Among those on the 200-guest invitation list were  Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

As for their new home purchased earlier this year for just under $10 million, it is spectacular and ultra private. Within its three acres there are nine bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, panoramic city views, rolling lawns, a swimming pool and a tennis court. Also inside: a fabulous 20-seat theater, a recording studio and a wine cellar.

I visited their home in New York, Long Island 2 years ago and it was spectacular but simple, elegant, furnished with a clean design. Candles were lit everywhere, Jennifer told me that she likes her home to smell good always and that perfumes are very important to her. (Actually she was just coming out off a perfume designing meeting and had chosen the new fragrances for her perfume line and she was in her 9th month of pregnancy). Their home in NY also had a 20-seats movie theater, a recording studio in its basement.

Jennifer is really nice and warm, her reputation is indeed not true….. And Marc is the sweetest, they are such good parents and a loving couple, Jennifer alsways calls him Papi.  Congratulation to both of you!

I love the summer! My boys out to school, 7:30 am, I was gardening right now outside of my home, removing dead leaves from my bamboos. It is so peaceful early morning in Tokyo. have a nice day!

There are plenty of good reasons to catch World Cup fever.

When the tournament gets under way in South Africa on June 11, these are the wingers, strikers, defenders, goalkeepers, and part-time underwear models to keep an eye on!!!

Okay… back to reality, I am going with my parents, my family and some friends to watch the finals on July 11th.

Soccer is big in my family. Did you know my husband ran the FIFA MARKETING entire operations duringg the 2002 FIFA WORLD CUP Korea Japan?? Ken is a sport marketing guru and …………… forget the Calvin Klein models, because he is the big love of my life and the most attractive man in my eyes!!!

Afterward, we going on a safari Safari for a week in a South African reserve with my boys & my parents. Then Cap Town for 3 days as many people told me that it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

MAIKO IS 1.74 tall and  25 years old, which is the best for a Japanese girl, because she has life experience, and maturity. She knows who she is and what her goals are.

She graduated from one of the most prestigious universities in Japan, she has lived in Europe, Portigal, she speaks 3 languages fluently.

She has a strong will with a sweet personality. I like her very much.

Maiko is currently working on her first book to be published this fall by one of the biggest publishing companies in Japan.It will be an interesting and inspiring story for any woman in Japan: ” MY LIFE FROM GOVERNMENT OFFICE WORKER, TO MISS UNIVERSE STARDOM”. it teaches that everything is possible if you work hard and if you believe in your dreams.
