We went together with my friend Tina on the opening day, shopping for new swimwear as I fly to Hawaii for the holidays and she flies to Nusa in Australia… Hiroko and Emiri also came to congratulate Maria…….. and most importantly we went for these little summer dresses that you can wear to attend any kind of fashion party and to always be sure to make a statement. I cannot get to a party wearing one of her outfits without having everyone asking me who is the designer… Maria designs sexy, colorful, expensive looking dresses which with a few of key accessories from your closet and a pair of designer shoes, you can be walking a red carpet for the next MTV Music Awards. The lady together with Emiri is Laudomia Pucci, Creative Director and the daughter of Emilio Pucci. Today I actually felt in love for a pair of Emilio Pucci sandals that I saw at the Javari showroom. She is simply stunning and the clothes are to die for.

It is easy when you do it a few times. I do this routine every other day. After 3 months you will be amazed with the change in your body, in and out. Remember to buy a revealing exercise outfit for it and also exercise in front of the mirror at least one time a week. Try it!

Last week, on one of my mornings after dropping my boys at school. Kurara called me on my iPhone from the Philippines, and my husband took photos while I was speaking to her. I like these photos because they reflect the start of my days, a happy time alone with my husband before 9 am. Each morning we have coffee at Starbucks on Koto Dori. It is our private time together before our busy schedules and it is a treasured moment for me. Also a while ago I was asked a few times to tell what I normally wear on a daily basis, well here is an example of a look I really like… Black turtleneck by Patrizia Peppe, slack-jeans by G-Star; Novespazio belt; chic leather coat by Loewe (invisible but essentials…lingerie by Sonia Rickyel for H&M)  ankle boots by Gucci and………… the accessory I cannot live without… my iPhone by apple! Seriously, how could I function for years without it? I have everything in the palm of my hand: my agenda, my mobile phone, my photos library, my email, my music library… my life in one stylish accessory, brilliant!

I just finished watching the full series and the girl I liked won!!… I like to watch Tira Bank series of the America Next Top Model. (tks to my friend JP Bouquet!). Actually, I used to represent Tara in Asia while working with IMG Models, (I was the Director for the region) and she is a great woman. The first time I met her was in the backstage of the Victoria Secret fashion show inside the Plaza Hotel. So many people working backstage, so many top models in underwears or in robes. I remember it was Tira’s birthday and we eat a huge birthday cake with an angel on it. Also Naomi Campbell was there but not modeling on that day, she was just there chatting with other models and laughing very loud all the time, after the show was over. Interesting to see these 2 black-model-icons navigating within the same room. At the end I jumped in a taxi with Bridget Hall and we went to have diner with Rebecca Romjin, both mega famous models at that time, actually huge. I remember I forgot to tip the taxi driver and he was screaming at me, and Bridget was dead laughing because i could not understand what he was telling me in his strong Indi accent… I have such good memories of my time working in the modeling industry and New York…. One day I will share my photos albums with you…
